1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or browsing our website located at gravora.dev, or by initiating scoping queries, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our consulting resources.
2. Service Scoping & Consultations
Our complimentary 15-minute quick syncs and 1-hour strategy scoping sessions are provided in good faith to outline custom technological blueprints. Booking a session does not guarantee an ongoing developer allocation or contract until a formal statement of work (SOW) is approved and co-signed by all stakeholders.
3. Intellectual Property
All website graphic design components, coding paradigms, brand icons, and copywriting assets displayed on gravora.dev are the exclusive intellectual property of Gravora Labs. Any unauthorized republication, component scraping, or direct design emulation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gravora Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental software downtime, revenue loss, or data interruptions arising out of the use of our educational glossary concepts, templates, or client scoping proposals.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any contractual project disputes shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without reference to conflict of law principles.
